Hours of Operation
Bay to Sound Neighbors “virtual” office is open Monday through Friday from 9am – noon and 1pm to 4pm. We do not have a physical office, but a live volunteer answers calls, accepts service requests and replies to phone messages during our hours of operation. When our office is closed, leave a message with your name and number and we will return your phone call on the next day of business.
Inclement Weather Policy
We do not offer services when Dennis-Yarmouth Schools are closed. For late start and early close of schools, service is left to the discretion of the volunteer. Call 508-470-0585 if in doubt.
Holiday Schedule
On the following holidays, Bay to Sound Neighbors office will be closed and services will not be delivered:

- Martin Luther King Day
- Presidents Day
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve (Close at Noon)
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Eve
